Q. Can I make a reservation by telephone / e-mail?
A. When making reservations by telephone, please call Henn na Hotel reservation center (050-5894-3781).
Reception hours are from 10: 00-18: 00. Sorry, reservations with e-mail are not received.

Q How many rooms can I make a reservation with one reservation?
A.4 You can book rooms. In case of more than 4 rooms, we will accept as a group reservation. Please contact the call center.

Q. I'd like to confirm the reservation details, how can I do it?
A. Henn na Hotel You can check the reservation record you made at the call center at the call center.
When you check on WEB by yourself, "confirmation, change, cancellation of reservation" on the official website "Reservation"
Or please confirm from "Reservation confirmation email".
In case of reservation from other than the official website, please contact the reserved site.

Q. Can I change or cancel my reservation details by telephone / e-mail?
A.Henn na Hotel Only those who have made a reservation at the call center can change / cancel. excuse me,
Changes / cancellations of reservations by phone or e-mail are not received.

Please do procedure on WEB that you applied. When applying from the call center, please contact the call center.

Q. When can I change from official website?
A. We will receive it until 23:59 on the previous day, but in case of change of number of people / room you may not be able to change depending on availability.

Q. When will the cancellation fee be charged?
I will have a child from 1. A day before. As cancellation fee, 14 days ago: 10%, 7 days ago: 20%, the previous day: 50%, the day: 80%
If you do not have a message on that day, please bear the full amount.

Q. What time is check-in / check-out? Can you extend it?
A. Check in is from 15: 00 ~, check out is ~ 11: 00.
Extended fee will be charged for use after check out time.
11: 00 ~ 13: 00 hourly, 1,500 yen (tax included) per hour, after 13: 00 only if there is room available on the day, 100% of the room charge has been paid.

Q Is it possible to check in after 24 o'clock?
A. If your arrival is past 24 o'clock, please be sure to contact the hotel. When there is no connection, there is a case where I will consider it as cancellation.
Also, please beat the intercom next to the entrance (outside) because the hotel entrance will be locked after 24:00.

Q. I have made a reservation with a short stay, but can we put in before the check in at the same day?
A. I can not.

Q. Can I speed up the scheduled check-in time?
A. It is possible. If you check in until 23:59 it is unnecessary to contact us. If it will be after 24 o'clock, please inform the hotel.

Q. Please tell me about your child's co-sleeping.
A: Children under 6 years of age sleeping on the same bed as adults, no extra charge for children.
For one adult who is using the bed, it is possible to sleep up to one child.
However, for each bed, the maximum number of people who can sleep is one person.
Children only bed use and bedtime sleeping for those aged 6 and older, room charges equivalent to adults will be charged.
We do not provide amenity, towel, pillow etc for children with co-sleeping. If necessary, we will separately request 1,000 yen (tax excluded).

Q. Is there a crib or bed guard?
A. It is not.

Q. Can I stay with minors only?
A. If you are staying under 20 years old, you must have consent form for parental authority.
※ If you are staying under the age of 15, you must be accompanied by a parent / guardian.

Q. How many minutes walk from the nearest station?
A. About 1 minute on foot from "Daimon Station B1 Exit" on Toei Asakusa Line · Oedo Line, it will be about 2 minutes on foot from JR "Hamamatsucho Station North Exit".

Q. Is there a parking lot?
A. There is not.

Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A. It is possible. We keep baggage at 1F counter.

Q. Can a large bus stop before the hotel entrance?
A. You can stop before hotel entrance.

Q. Is it possible to use the restaurant on the day?
A. You can use it. Please come to the restaurant directly.

Q. What is the breakfast charge?
A. Adult 1,000 yen, child (under 6 years old) 700 yen

Q. Please tell me the condition of your co-sleeping.
Children under the age of 6 do not charge for children if they sleep together on the same bed as adults

Q. Can I arrange a neighboring room if I reserve multiple rooms?
A. We will accept as requested. Depending on the congestion situation of the day, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Please note.

Q. Is there a barrier-free room?
A. Yes. There is a limit in the guest room, please tell us in advance when you make a reservation.

Q. What is the "LG Styler" cleaning machine with all rooms?
A. It is a closet type home cleaning machine.
